A Few Favorite Moments

Lately I’ve been taking a lot more photos than usual. I think I’m finally starting to get the hang of a) my camera and b) the kinds of photos I like to take. I’ve also been trying new editing stuff a lot more so the whole photography experience is something I’ve been enjoying tremendously. I’m just hoping this will stick around for a while because I love going through my photos and being reminded of the small everyday things that have stood out to me and not only bigger events that I’ve taken my camera out for.

Here are a couple of snapshots that have made me happy this June so far!

cold brew coffee and fruit

Sunday morning coffee and breakfast in Edinburgh when my husband was away at a course and the flat was quiet and sunny. It was such a relaxing morning!

Tallinn Old Town

On my first evening in Tallinn when I arrived last week. Since my sister and cousin finished school for the summer we just hung out, walked around the Old Town for a while and then ate enough sushi to feed a small village.

Orange tree

A street lined with orange trees in Cannes 💛

Coffee balcony summer

Morning coffee on our balcony in Tallinn. I’ve been waiting for this moment since October when we bought the flat! FINALLY! The epitome of summer.

rainbow summer

First weekend at the country house this summer- only to be greeted by a rainbow. I love how much space and air this photo has.

Gin and tonic

A G&T kind of evening.

Stockholm rooftop bar

I also managed to squeeze in a mini trip to Stockholm this week. After work on Monday I met up with one of my oldest friends Ellu and we checked out Urban Deli’s rooftop bar which I hadn’t been to before. I cannot recommend it enough- great food, views and LOTS of seating.
